The re-designed Trendsettter needs less space due to its smaller footprint, and now has a more powerful thermal imaging head for increased productivity, it also uses Kodak Thermal Direct Non Process Plates.  - What you get in the package.

The Trendsetter 400 achieves both these firstly by using Kodak's SQUAREspot technology for reliable, stable, and accurate plate making that reduces plate re-makes and machine downtime and secondly by the use of non-process plates, eliminating wet chemistry processing from the pre-press stage.
