A single clamp perfect binder that is idea for short run on demand perfect binding requirements. It includes automated features which enhance quality and reduce dependence on skilled operators.

DPB-500PUR binder is the only PUR binder on the market that is FULLY integrated to the Nordson PUR unit, working in tanden with the binder, ensuring the most accurate glue application available. Both the DPB and Nordson are controlled by the control panel.

The DPB has the best suction feed system for the covers on the market, the patented Air Management System (AMS) which combines suction fans, with air blow fans, and feed belts to give an efficient feed that does not need constant monitoring.

Maintainence is covered up by the Duplo team of service engineers, one of the largest force in the UK.

Designed to cope with different binding requirements using touch screen controls to change different binding styles or book format. Capable of producing up to 525 machine cycles an hour, but very good for; on demand short run, fast turnaround print jobs.
